EVIVA Midtown Apartments in Sacramento, CA is a pet-friendly community, and we are all about making your four-legged companions happy. Pet waste stations are located around the property for easy clean-up.

Pet Policy:

EVIVA is happy to welcome 2 cats or dogs (combined) into our apartment homes.
There is a maximum weight requirement of 35 pounds for dogs. This applies to cats as well, which is much less frequent.
There is a required monthly pet rent of $40.00 per pet, per month.
